We offer two packages you can choose from based on your needs.
1 - PLANNING AND ALL-AROUND CARE
Stop worrying, we take care of everything!
You’re far away, you don’t have much time, you already spend too much time on your computer, and you’d rather not think about it? This is just what you need:
– We create your listings
– We reply to guest inquiries 7 days/week
– We manage your bookings
– We welcome your guests
– We clean and report on the property condition
RATE : 20% of rent + fixed charges per stay*
*FIXED CHARGES PER STAY (ALL TAXES INCLUDED)
Fixed charges per rotation include a welcome basket, 1 or more set of sheets and several sets of bath towels.
We consider cleaning costs to be covered by the guests, so you don’t have to pay for them. If you collect them through the short-term rental website, then we will re-invoice them.
